A privately owned outfitter and guide service that began as Nevada Pathways in March 1995 and later changed to Land Sailing Tours*. Headquarters & mailing address: 300 Queen Anne Ave N Ste. 426, Seattle WA 98109. *Land Sailing Tours, LLC is a Nevada corporation.

Full and half day packages are available. First featured on ABC regional television in 2005. Land sailing equipment currently provided by blokart^® - the world's best engineered personal land yachts.

Current venues include desert locations in Nevada near Las Vegas and California near Victorville. In Aruba, two-hour land sailing tours are available - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

• Safety - get expert training by senior guides; never go into the wilderness alone or try to "teach yourself" how to land sail.
  
  
• Experience - in business since 1995; the founder is a former Bureau of Land Management recreation scout volunteer for Nevada who traveled the state on bicycle and documented his findings beginning in 1992.
  
  
• Save money & hassle - a good land yacht costs upwards of $2,500 USD plus freight, accessories, and maintenance costs to cover the specialized items and tools you'll need to perform repairs. Ask yourself what your time is worth, and if you are willing to learn and handle tedious maintenance tasks. In most cases, you will also need to apply, pay for, and hold a recreation permit before you sail on public lands.
  
  
• Authorized - Land Sailing Tours holds all required permits including special access to Area 51 Territory's land sailing location in rural Lincoln County, Nevada
  
  
• Capable - Successfully served large groups of up to 25 VIP participants from organizations like Absolut Vodka (twice), eHealth.com, Canaccord Capital, and Odyssey Media.
