Nevada's mysterious Area 51 territory.. Known as "Dreamland", the beautifully rugged landscapes 90 minutes north of Las Vegas are truly fascinating. This is a very rare opportunity to go land sailing in absolute wilderness - a huge, smooth, secluded playa will be all yours to enjoy. Your land sailing area is under restricted air space and is often frequented by low-flying aircraft throughout the day - excellent photo opportunities! Another great feature is the higher altitudes - 4,600 feet and up - which means the temperature is usually at least 15 degrees cooler than in Las Vegas.

Trip details: Your adventure begins at 8am and you'll be back in Las Vegas between 4 and 5pm (depending on traffic conditions). You will journey through rugged scenic landscapes, huge open valleys, and narrow canyons - leading up to a beautifully secluded playa over five square miles in size. An optional stop at the Area 51 / UFO headquarters in Rachel, Nevada will be offered (this is MUCH more fun & interesting than going to the security gate to read a sign). There's no telling what you might see out there!
